Creating Clarity
The Energy Economy is a new lens: the first framework to treat exhaustion as a structural problem rather than a personal one. My speaking work introduces The Energy Economy and helps audiences see the hidden demands shaping their capacity. The goal isn’t motivation or optimization, but a clearer understanding of what’s sustainable and what quietly isn’t.
I help audiences name what they’ve been carrying, understand why exhaustion shows up most often among capable people, and leave with shared language that makes what they’re experiencing easier to see, explain, and navigate.

Keynote: "Burnout is a Bookkeeping Problem, Not a Character Flaw" (45min)
In this keynote, Claire reframes exhaustion as a resource management failure and introduces the Reserve & Release framework: a systems-level approach that gives individuals the language, the logic, and the tools to stop running on deficit. Attendees leave not motivated, but structurally shifted, with a new understanding of what burnout actually is and a framework that changes what they do about it.

Breakout Session: The Capacity Record™ (60min)
This is not a session you watch. It is work you do. Participants leave with a reframe of what burnout actually is and their first Capacity Record™: a personal baseline that names what they are actually working with before the withdrawals begin. Not notes. Not inspiration. A working document that is theirs to keep, build on, and return to, and the first real entry in the Reserve & Release framework.

Workshop: The R&R Loop™ (4hrs)
Over four hours, participants move through the complete R&R Loop™: Audit, Budget, Balance, and Build, beginning the real work of each phase rather than observing it. No one leaves having finished, because that is not what the loop is designed for. They leave having started: with a felt sense of the full system, tools already in motion, and the understanding that what they began in this room has a name, a structure, and a place to go.
Book Claire!
Claire Burnett is not a wellness speaker. She is a framework builder; a researcher and strategist who has spent years developing the first systems-level, gender-agnostic approach to energy sustainability built on the architecture of financial thinking.
The result is a body of work that doesn't ask audiences to rest more, stress less, or practice gratitude. It asks them to look at the numbers. Claire has brought this work into corporate and nonprofit rooms alike, and the response is consistent: people don't just feel differently after hearing it. They think differently.
If you are looking for a speaker who will move your audience and leave them with something they can actually use, she's the perfect fit for that conversation.
