Meet Claire:
A New Kind of
Energy Economist
Claire Mia is a multi-certified, results-driven leader with nearly two decades of experience at the intersection of organizational effectiveness, business operations, and strategic communications. She has partnered with several Fortune 500 companies, most recently within healthcare and enterprise strategy, serving as a lead operations and development strategist. Throughout her career, she has designed and led engagement initiatives that produced double-digit growth in employee morale, stakeholder satisfaction, and organizational performance.
A systems thinker with a storyteller’s heart, she is passionate about helping people and teams translate vision into measurable outcomes through clarity, alignment, and emotional intelligence. Her approach blends data and empathy, operational rigor and human insight; empowering people to transform not just how they work, but how they feel while doing it.
Claire's forthcoming book is an expansion of her work beyond boardrooms into the broader conversation about energy capital, capacity, and wholeness. Through this research-driven framework, she explores how individuals and organizations can consciously budget, invest, and regenerate energy to build both sustainable success and human-centered systems of growth.

Why This Work?
In every environment, corporate, nonprofit, personal, Claire noticed the same pattern:
The people who cared the most often carried the most.
Not because they were weak. But because systems quietly relied on their labor to stay functional.
This work exists to name that reality and give people a framework for responding to it.
